The CMWL editorial team produces a weekly email newsletter that highlights some of the latest articles and blog entries you’ll find on the website.


We also feature Success Stories from people who have lost weight while following the CMWL plan. The CMWL editorial staff reviews all Success Stories submitted to the site.


In addition, the CMWL site includes original recipes developed by a recipe developer and reviewed by a registered dietitian. All are suitable for 550-calorie dinners and are designed to fit into the CMWL Modified Plan. We also offer recipes that are suitable for vegetarians and those looking for low-fat, high-protein, low-carb, or high-fiber dishes.
